Choosing the Best Courier Service DFW 4 U

So you’ve finally gotten on board with using a courier company. You decided after years of DIY (delivering it yourself), you were over it. No more facing Dallas traffic at 4:30 on a Monday. No more stuffing your car full of client files only to accidentally spill your coffee while trying to load everything. No more tears after getting lost. No more small talk when you actually get to the drop-off point. No more, “honey I’ll be home late, I have to get something to Fort Worth.”
And just when you think your decision is over, it’s not. You finally choose between all of the courier services Dallas, and you settle on Eagle Express (great choice!). Then, you get on the website to actually put in a delivery job, and low and behold, there are lots of options! From one hour deliveries Dallas to scheduled deliveries Dallas, your head is swimming. What to do, what to do. Luckily, I am here to help. Here’s a how-to guide in choosing the best fit for you:
- Super Rush. Use the Super Rush service when you need it there within 45 minutes. Also, as a note, the closer it gets to 5:00, the more you might have to use the Super Rush service. Obviously, you can’t use a 4 hour delivery at 4:00. It pays to plan ahead!
- One Hour. This service is for timely items, but not 45 minutes timely. Get it there in an hour and you’re happy. For example, you need something on a client’s desk at the end of the lunch hour. It’s already noon… one hour delivery Dallas it is!
- Two Hour. You call this on in a bit more ahead of time. You get into the office and finish that proposal by 10. It needs to be there by noon – two hour service it is!
- Three Hour. You are one prepared little worker bee! It doesn’t need to be there in an hour or even two – so three hours is the service of choice.
- Four Hour. The four hour service is our most cost efficient. Get something done before 1:00 p.m., and the 4 hour is the service for you. It will get there by the end of the day without spending a lot. Cost effective and a stress reliever all at once.
- Scheduled/Route Deliveries Dallas. Consider the route service when you have something that needs to go out the same time every day/week/month. If every Wednesday, a client needs a notebook of information sent over, call us. Set it up one time and you never have to worry about it again. Every Wednesday, rain, shine, sleet or snow, we will be there.
- Critical Distant. Say you need something delivered from Dallas to Austin. Seems inefficient to send one of your people on a wild goose chase to 6th street for one delivery. I am willing to bet it would be more cost effective to let your person stay in town and do their work and let the courier do the driving and delivering.
See, it isn’t too hard. Just think about your specific needs. One day it might be a Super Rush due to a time-crunch. The next you might call in a 4 hour since you’re ahead of the game. And the next you might decide you need to set up a route delivery in Dallas to take pressure off of your coworkers. Just find the service that best fits your needs. Call it in and never worry about it again!
