Dallas Legal Couriers: Holy Bananas!?

Banana, Bana, Fee, Fi, Fo, Fana, Banana! Bananas are incredible
little fruits. They are a great breakfast, on-the-go snack (that’s when our Dallas legal couriers eat them) and of course the perfect addition to any ice cream sundae. Bananas are one versatile fruit – and they are such a pretty color to boot!
I bet you’re wondering what’s got me talking bananas… well, one of my Dallas couriers coworker sent me an email on all of the benefits of bananas, and I just had to share them!
This email alone has me making a trip to the produce section after work today. I eat bananas – but I think I need to start eating them every day! And on top of that, I think our Dallas legal couriers and general Dallas couriers need to add them to their everyday diet too! Why? Here’s why:
- Energy. Two bananas pack enough punch to keep you sustained through an intense workout. Sucrose, fructose and glucose are a crazy combination that will surely keep you rolling throughout the day. This is great news for our Dallas legal courier team – keep a banana on hand for those long days when a little extra energy is needed!
- Depression. This is so cool! Unbeknownst to me, bananas contain tryptophan which actually produces serotonin in your brain (makes you happy) and even helps you relax. Boom howdy!
- Anemia. Low in iron? Bananas are high in it. Nature is so smart!
- Blood pressure. Wow! Bananas are awesome! Because this tasty fruit is high in potassium and low in salt, it is perfect to fight your high blood pressure. I finally understand why my 90 year old grandfather has lived so long – he eats a banana a day!
- Heartburn. Feeling the burn? Call in reinforcements! Bananas are a natural way to soothe the esophagus and stomach.
- Morning sickness. For the prego mommy-to-be, bananas are a great way to calm down a nauseated tummy.
- Nerves. If our Dallas legal courier team happens to be nervous about something, they can grab a banana. It naturally calms you down.
If you’ve read this list and still aren’t convinced of bananas’ super powers, then I quit! Bananas have a whole new meaning for me, and I definitely need to add more to my diet. I hope you and our Dallas legal couriers start eating more of them. Let’s all vow to eat more bananas and less chocolate… or maybe we should eat bananas dipped in chocolate…
One final factoid: compared to an apple, the banana has four times the protein, twice the carbohydrate, three times the phosphorus, five times the vitamin A and iron, and twice the other vitamins and minerals. Come on people, get on the banana eating train! CHOO CHOO!
