Terms and Conditions
a. Each shipment is insured to $100 physical loss or damage, representing Eagle Express’ total liability. Additional insurance is available upon request at an additional fee of $5 per $1,000 value. However, under no circumstances will Eagle Express, Inc. be held responsible for loss of income or profit.
b. Eagle Express will not be responsible for the damage of items not properly packaged or crated. The client will be informed prior to handling any items deemed by Eagle Express to be improperly packaged or crated.
