  • Do we pick-up from you or deliver to you promptly?
  • Do we deliver to your clients promptly?
  • Do we handle your deliveries carefully to prevent damage when applicable?

Customer Service

  • Does Eagle Express stay in close touch with you?
  • If there is a delivery issue, are you informed of the problem in a timely manner and kept informed of what is going on to your full satisfaction?
