You can conveniently log on to Eagle Express’ web site and take advantage of the many features which include order entry, printing the delivery ticket, tracking deliveries, generating management reports, and receiving your invoices. You can also request to be notified via email regarding the on-going progress of one, some or all of your deliveries.

b. Eagle Express’ dispatch software is cutting edge. With the click of a mouse the detailed delivery information provided by you either via the telephone or internet is immediately transmitted to Eagle Express’ couriers to help expedite the delivery. Each courier is equipped with mobile phone technology that allows them to update dispatch within seconds on the progress of a delivery from pick-up to entering the proof of delivery. Dispatch also has direct-connect voice capabilities to help solve problems that arise.
